Inspection Comments |
7-21-20 I STOPPED IN AND TALKED TO CO-OWNER JUSTIN IRPS. I EXPLAINED ALL EMPLOYEES MUST WEAR MASKS IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO REMAIN 6 FEET AWAY FROM EACH OTHER WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE IN THE SMALL HOT DOG STAND. THEY HAD PUT UP A PLEXI-GLASS WINDOW AND THOUGHT THAT WAS ENOUGH. I EXPLAINED THE MASKS WERE FOR THE CUSTOMERS PROTECTION BUT EQUALLY IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE WORKING IN THE SMALL ESTABLISHMENT TO KEEP TRANSMISSION LIMITED. HE SAID THEY WILL HAVE ALL EMPLOYEES PUT ON MASKS GOING FORWARD. HE WAS ALSO GIVEN THE ONE-PAGE RESTORE ILLINOIS PHASE 4 GUIDELINES FOR RESTAURANTS AND BARS AND TOLD THE MULTIPLE PAGE GUIDELINES CAN BE FOUND AT THAT WEBSITE. HE WAS ALSO INFORMED TO CALL US AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IF HE HAS ANY QUESTIONS.
7-22-20 JOHN BEVIS WILL FOLLOW-UP WITH THE MAYOR TO CLOSE OUT THE COMPLAINT. |
